225 Rector Place is a 24-story condominium building in Battery Park City that boasts 289 residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Rector Place features views of the Hudson River, New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty and the downtown skyline as well as immediate access to Rector Place Park, an elegant green space, which is located right across the street. The building was completed in 1986 as rental apartments called Parc Place, but it has been completely redeveloped to become a sought-after building in lower Manhattan that has been redesigned starting in 2007.
