New York Real Estate Standard Operating Procedures

In accordance with New York State regulations, Heatmap Real Estate Advisors (DBA Heatmap Real Estate) is obligated to publish its Standard Operating Procedures outlining the prerequisites for all potential homebuyers ("Prospective Buyers") before they can avail services from a New York Heatmap agent. New York Heatmap agents are required to apply these pre-service procedures uniformly for every Prospective Buyer.

Prospective Buyer Identification

Although Heatmap Real Estate does not mandate Prospective Buyers to provide identification, they may need to show proof in certain instances, such as entering specific Heatmap Real Estate offices, attending open houses or showings as directed by a homeowner or listing agent, or as required by third parties, including sellers or listing agents.

Buyer Representation Agreement

Heatmap Real Estate does not insist on Prospective Buyers signing an exclusive buyer representation agreement, but an agreement may be utilized if both the prospective buyer and Heatmap Real Estate agent mutually agree.

Prospective Buyer Evidence of Pre-Approval

While Heatmap Real Estate does not demand confirmation of a loan or mortgage pre-approval from Prospective Buyers, a third party like a seller or listing agent may require proof, especially before attending showings, open houses, or receiving offers from the Prospective Buyer.
