Heatmap aims to capitalize on efficiencies through its cutting-edge technology, enabling agents to retain a higher percentage of their income, streamline deal closures, and furnish clients with the necessary tools for precise and careful navigation through one of life's most significant (and costly) transactions.
As deal volumes rise, Heatmap breaks from the traditional practice of retaining funds for company executives and instead directs these earnings to agents, offering them zero fees, unparalleled compensation plans, and one of the most gratifying agent experiences in the industry.
The People Behind the Magic
When Avi Voda started as a broker in New York City in the 90s, he faced the same challenges that many brokers starting out face today: endless agency fees, limited support, lack of training, and a traditional brokerage structure that favored the company over the individual. After 30 years as a leader in New York real estate, starting his own brokerage, eventually selling it to WeWork, and co-founding their real estate advisory services division, Avi recognized the need to modernize the industry and make it a better world for agents and prospective buyers/lessors alike.
This realization led him to combine forces with technology entrepreneur Chris Kossifos, Founder & CTO of CK Technology Group & Co-founder/Group CEO of Wanderport, both bespoke IT Services Firms with operations throughout the world, and established Heatmap, a cutting-edge tech-driven real estate firm that takes a collaborative and supportive approach to serve brokers, clients, and landlords throughout New York City. Chris’s expertise in connecting the world through technology provides the missing pieces needed to automate and create efficiency in an archaic industry.
